Located at the corner of Saint-Laurent boulevard and Viger street, less than 300 meters from the Palais des congrès de Montréal and steps away from numerous tourist attractions, the location is ideal for welcoming a diverse clientele – whether they be business travelers, conventioneers or families. The goal behind the concept goes beyond the usual accommodation offer. The amalgamation of the two brands allows for a varied service offering where virtually everything can be found within a single complex.

The hotel will undoubtedly contribute to the revitalization of the sector, while giving a nod to Asian heritage, among other things, through their restaurant offer. The Lucky Belly Group thus takes over the entire hotel restaurant service. On the ground floor, the Tiramisu restaurant focuses on Italian specialties with the addition of a Japanese touch. It offers a trendy atmosphere in a vibrant and retro decor, where you can eat well and affordably.

The 6th floor terrace is home to the Terrasse Carla restaurant, which will offer French cuisine with a Vietnamese influence when it opens in May 20, 2022. In a décor inspired by the Saigon of the 1950s, customers can admire the view of Old Montreal. The covered space also allows you to enjoy the place on rainy days.

This terrace also connects with the hotel’s ballroom, which can therefore hold events in a very bright location. Two secondary rooms are also located on the same floor, totaling 4,000 square feet of meeting space. Also on the 6th floor terrace, an additional open-air section, called the H2O space, gives guests access to a swimming pool and spas.

Relaxation areas with outdoor fireplaces extend the summer season. A training room is also located on the same floor.

Together, the Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton Montreal Downtown have 253 rooms. At the Hampton, the 156 rooms provide a refreshing ambience with vibrant color accents. Just under half of the inventory offers rooms with two beds.

The Homewood Suites, on the other hand, offers 97 self-contained apartments with a full kitchen, washer & dryer, spacious bathroom and various storage spaces specially designed for long-term stays. The design is more classic and the dark accent of the furniture adds a touch of luxury. Travelers can choose to stay in an urban loft-style studio or a modern apartment with a closed bedroom. Slightly more than half of the rooms have a balcony, an advantage for long stays.

The hotel relies on a varied service offering aimed at meeting the demands of different types of travelers. To that end, a complimentary full breakfast will be served daily in the hotel lobby on both the Hampton side and the Homewood Suites side. A market with a range of catering-style dishes will also be located on site. In response to the Homewood Suites concept of promoting extended stays, the hotel will also offer a grocery delivery service to the room.

Finally, animal lovers will be charmed by the 100% Pet Friendly program. Various creative treats are planned to welcome both the animal and its owner. As Martine Laberge, director of sales and marketing for the establishment, underlines, “we do not just accept animals, there will be procedures in place, among others, to train employees with them in mind. It is a structure and a unique experience for travelers and their animals”.
