Montreal’s contemporary art scene is gearing up for a spectacular evening as the Fondation du MAC unveils the 17th edition of Les Printemps du MAC. Set to take place on Friday April 11, 2025, at La Nesra, this year’s theme, “Alter Ego,” invites guests to embrace artistic expression and self-discovery while supporting emerging talents.
A Night of Immersive Art & Celebration
This highly anticipated philanthropic event promises an unforgettable night filled with live performances, captivating artwork, and an electric atmosphere. Guests will experience:

- A curated selection of cocktails and gourmet delights to tantalize the senses.
- A red-carpet affair, where Montreal’s trendsetters and art lovers will showcase bold and creative outfits inspired by the Alter Ego theme.
Beyond the glitz and glamour, the evening serves a deeper purpose, supporting emerging contemporary artists. A special art auction will showcase works from 5 promising artists mentored by Yann Pocreau, with all proceeds going directly to the artists.
Who’s Behind the Magic?
This prestigious event is led by a dynamic team of young professionals, with Catherine Martel (Haus of Park) and David-Marc Bouchard (TROUVÉ – Recruitment Firm) at the helm. The honorary co-chairs include Kerianne Boulva (CHUM Surgical Oncologist), Meriem Mehdaoui (PBY Capital), and Emmanuel Philippe (National Bank Private Wealth Advisor).
“Our goal is to celebrate contemporary art while connecting professionals and artists,” says Bouchard. “It’s about supporting emerging talent and fostering Montreal’s creative future.”
Martel adds, “Art is meant to evoke emotions and challenge perspectives. Alter Ego will offer guests an opportunity to explore their own artistic identity in a playful and immersive way.”

One of the highlights of Les Printemps du MAC is its role in fostering the next generation of artists. The Fondation du MAC’s new program acts as an incubator, offering:
- Mentorship sessions with renowned artist Yann Pocreau.

- An exclusive auction, where all proceeds from sold works go directly to the participating artists.
