Montreal’s HoMa neighborhood came alive on Friday, October 18th, as the 12th edition of the Let’s Bond Urban Ball, presented by RBC, transformed the newly restored Cartier Theatre into a haven of glamour and purpose.

Over 1,200 young and seasoned professionals from across the Greater Montreal area gathered to celebrate mental health awareness in an unforgettable evening filled with artistic brilliance, culinary delights, and festive charm.

A Mission of Mental Health Advocacy

Let’s Bond, a collective renowned for its dedication to fostering dialogue around mental health since 2011, once again delivered an extraordinary experience. This year’s Urban Ball raised over $640 000 to support the Douglas Foundation and Youth in Mind Foundation, two organizations at the forefront of mental health initiatives. The event blended high-energy celebration with a deeper purpose, reminding attendees of the collective power of community-driven change.

An Event Venue Rich in History

Formerly the Saint-Vincent-de-Paul Church, the historic building at 2330 rue Sainte-Catherine Est has been meticulously restored by the Carosielli Group, known for preserving Montreal landmarks like the Rialto and St-James Theatres.

This year’s theme, inspired by the Hotel Bellavista featured in the 1981 James Bond film For Your Eyes Only, set the tone for a night of intrigue and sophistication.
