LE RENOIR | French Fine Dining Experience for the Holidays
Looking for a holiday wine & dine experience with a touch of class? The Sofitel Montreal Golden Mile invites its guests to enjoy the French art of Christmas! Reservations are now open to taste the exclusive Renoir menus created by Executive Chef Olivier Perret (Master Chef of France) and Pastry Chef Clément Tilly.
After celebrating its 20th anniversary on October 14, the Sofitel Montreal Golden Mile continues to amaze with a festive and magical experience. Among other things: a majestic Christmas tree, an elegant blue, white and pink color theme and total immersion in the French art of living promise to impress young and old alike.
Both for Christmas and for the New Year, an unforgettable culinary experience awaits guests at Le Renoir. On the menu? We noted the essential pâté en croûte, a turbot fillet cooked under vacuum, a guinea fowl fillet in a parsley and tarragon crust, and truffled meringue.
To end the meal in style? Nothing less than a Black Forest cake, or even a fabulous yule log. This year, guests are spoiled with the Fo’Renoir yule log, a soft gluten-free chocolate biscuit, black cherry compote, creamy vanilla mousse and dark chocolate shavings, for 7 to 8 people. The yule log is available for pickup: pre-orders are made by phone at 514-788-3038 from December 12 to 26, with pickup from December 14 to 28 inclusive, at a cost of $78.
Delicious dishes with local flavors also await groups, with, among others, duck foie gras from the Marieville farm, a Quebec halibut steak or even Quebec lamb.
