Nestled in Le Germain Hotel Montreal on Mansfield Street, the new Le Boulevardier Restaurant and Flâneur Bar Lounge are now open. Foodies from both here and abroad can thus enjoy chef David Pellizzari’s culinary delights in a setting imagined by design firm Atelier Zébulon Perron.
Pellizzari’s has perfected his art for the past 24 years in the kitchens of several renowned restaurants such as Santropol, Réservoir, Buvette chez Simone and Lili Co, allow him to create delicious harmony on the plate and showcase his mastery of the art of entertaining.
As Bruno Durand, the restaurant’s partner and operator, was happy to tell us:
Guests will feel like time has stopped when they sit down at Le Boulevardier Restaurant. The atmosphere is at once vintage and contemporary and combined with the unique view of President-Kennedy Avenue, is at the heart of the enjoyable experience the restaurant offers, and of course, so is the cuisine.
With 125 seats in the dining room and additional 45 seats at the bar, Le Boulevardier proposes a menu inspired by Parisian brasseries and features fresh and local fare, with a strong emphasis on seafood.
A French-inspired wine list, reinvented retro cocktails, and a variety of whiskeys and cognacs round out the offering.
Flâneur Bar Lounge serves three of the great gastronomical pleasures: coffee, bubbly and oysters! The concept is simple, guests can start their day by sipping a cup of steaming coffee and finish on a high note with a glass of bubbly and a plate of oysters. Bon appétit!
