It is worth recalling that it was on December 8, 2017, that entrepreneur Dan Pham and twin chefs Viet and Nam Truong opened what immediately became a new Asian fusion sensation in Montreal.

Nominated for the 2019 Restaurant & Bar Design Awards, this hot spot was designed by the talented Guillaume Ménard of MRDK. Inspired by the acclaimed science-fiction film Blade Runner, Le Blossom welcomes guests in both a futuristic yet traditional ambiance.

The resto-bar’s name, of course, evokes the Japanese culture surrounding the delicate pink cherry blossom flowers, known as Sakura; which is why the magnificent centerpiece of the room is the now iconic cherry tree that is beloved by the Instagram crowd.

The bar offers Montreal’s widest selection of saké, the exotic rice wine that is Japan’s national beverage.

On December 4, Le Blossom will celebrate two years of successful activities and the launch of its new winter menu. In the presence of friends and regulars of the resto-bar, with free bites served throughout the evening; the celebrations promise to last, with DJ Evangelos Pavlis making guests dance, until late into the night.
