The star-studded cast includes; Christina Applegate, Linda Cardellini, James Marsden, and more. Dead to me is an amazing choice for anyone looking for something funny yet serious.
3. The Last Kingdom (season 4)
Uthred and his loyal companions are finally back for a fourth season! This time it’s all about Uthred taking back what was once his and maybe courting the odd princess on the way.
Ninth-century Saxons and Danes are vividly portrayed in this vivid and awe-inspiring period-piece. New and interesting characters are added to the cast giving the new season a truly fresh feeling. Put on your history glasses and be transported into a completely different world.
A world in which almost everything is vastly different to today’s world. It is somewhat historically accurate and very fun to watch!
Get lost in the world of Uthred of Bebbanburg. Be careful though, the show is highly addictive.
4. Waco
A more serious show, Waco retells the story of the Waco siege. Federal authorities attempt to seize a religious compound results in a standoff between the authorities and a religious leader. The suspenseful series starring Michael Shannon, Taylor Kitsch, and Rory Culkin has based off a true story.
The show is great for people looking for a non-fictional story they can get lost in for days. Google deep-dives, here we come!
5.The big flower fight
Loved watching Hells Kitchen? Aspiring chefs compete in a number of challenges in order to win a grand prize. Well, The Big Flower Fight is essentially the same thing.
Instead of cooks, ten florists compete against each other on who can build the biggest, boldest garden monuments. It is not too serious and great to watch when you are looking for a more light-hearted show. Yes, beautiful flowers are featured in each episode.
