What is impressive about the workouts is how he manages to make ALL sessions suitable for both beginner and advanced fitness enthusiasts.

Sadly it all came crashing down when MATV cut his fitness program as he got too big and pricey for the local broadcasting station, shortly after the first wave. Our fitness urge grew from there in finding an immediate replacement.

After trial and error we were able to narrow it down to a select group of comprehensive fitness instructors offering a high-quality full body workout that can be performed in the comfort of your home with minimal equipment.
