On November 3, as part of the CINEMANIA French Film Festival, we had the privilege of attending the Film Fund Luxembourg cocktail reception at the Montreal PHI Centre. It gave us the opportunity to meet Xavier Bettel, Prime Minister of Luxembourg, and Patrick Even, representative of Luxembourg for Tourism; and talk about why you should put traveling to their country on your bucket list.
