OSM Ball 2022 | Immersive Symphony Orchestra Gala Returns
After a two-year hiatus, the OSM Ball will make its much-anticipated comeback on Wednesday, September 14, celebrating in grand style the arrival of Maestro Rafael Payare, as he begins his first season at the helm of the Montreal Symphony Orchestra.
This must-attend cultural fundraising event in Quebec has been the OSM’s largest for nearly 25 years. Each year, it convenes more than 500 guests from the Quebec business community.
During this special edition of the OSM Ball, a grandiose concert will open the evening; while guests will experience a true immersion into the creative mind and flamboyant universe of Maestro Rafael Payare.
Guests have the opportunity of attending the inaugural concert of the OSM’s 2022–2023 season, conducted by the new Music Director; in a 2,100-seat, orchestral venue featuring warm, beechwood finishes and high-quality acoustics.
The evening continues with a gourmet dining experience on several floors of the magnificent foyers of the Maison symphonique.
Diners will be immersed in an enchanting ambiance in which the unusual is rendered with finesse and delicacy. A true ode to the personality and artistry of the Maestro.
The event will be held in conjunction with the 4th edition of the always sold-out OSM Ball Éclaté.
Bringing together more than 300 young professionals, the evening enables everyone to enjoy a lively cocktail reception and dance party brimming with colours.

8:45 PM – Gastronomic dinner in the foyers of the Maison symphonique and the Salon Urbain
10 PM – An evening of dancing with young professionals at the OSM Ball Éclaté
