La Tablée Éphémère X Veuve Clicquot
This year is marked by a special anniversary, that of Veuve Clicquot, which celebrates its 250th anniversary. And any exceptional vintage requires an exceptional event. This September, get in a festive mood and raise a glass to celebrate the 250th birthday of Maison Veuve Clicquot during a special pop up gourmet event in Montreal.
La Tablée Éphémère X Veuve Clicquot is a three-week culinary event that embodies the Veuve Clicquot love for life’s pleasures while raising money for La Tablée des Chefs. It features unique food and champagne matching menus developed by some of the city’s top chefs.
La Tablée Éphémère X Veuve Clicquot, a collaboration with the A5 Hospitality Group, a pioneer in the hotel sector in Montreal for more than 15 years, will run from September 7 to 25, 2022, at 465 McGill Street. A stunning Sunday brunch menu will be served by chefs Raegan Steinberg and Alex Cohen, as well as specially selected culinary experiences by Francis Blais (Extra Menu), Theo Lerikos (Tuck Shop), and Danny Smiles (Willow Inn + Arthurs).
This unique ephemeral event will offer participants culinary experiences including dinner Wednesday through Saturday, à la carte bites and champagnes available in the afternoon on Saturdays and a weekly brunch on Sundays.
Renowned interior design and architecture agency, Madame Bombance will stage La Tablée Éphémère X Veuve Clicquot making the space unforgettable. It aimes to be an ode to joy, optimism and solar culture, including yellow – the color of the rising sun – which has been featured on Veuve Clicquot labels since 1877.
All proceeds, with a minimum of $10,000, will be donated to La Tablée des Chefs, a charity whose mission is to feed those in need and develop culinary education for youth.
