During a recent visit, I had the pleasure of sampling the latest offerings from this collaboration. I also had the pleasure of seeing friends like Geneviève PM Roi (seen in the photo above this paragraph) and other media cats. The dishes were an exquisite blend of flavors, each meticulously prepared and thoughtfully paired with cocktails designed to enhance the culinary experience. Our faves were the kale Cesar and the brown buttered ham. The delicate and flavorful appetizers from L’Entre Deux were paired with a refreshing cocktail that brought out the nuances of the dish, creating a harmonious balance.
My favorite cocktail unfortunately is a blur lol… it was the one in the short Collins glass with sprigs of clover. I think it had Bourbon.. The wine selections were equally impressive, with each pour chosen to complement the monthly menu, ensuring that every bite and sip was a delightful revelation.
