On Wednesday, June 19th, Galerie Primeau hosted Creations GAMA‘s unveiling of its much-anticipated Red Carpet Ready collection. Fresh off its international debut at the Its Reich’Art fashion show in Cannes, this collection has already made waves for the ethical sensibility and meticulous craftsmanship of its creator Gabrielle Mailhot-Côté. The soirée, which was also a fundraiser for Fondation En Cœur, drew a sophisticated crowd eager to see the fusion of high fashion and humane design.
The event kicked off at 5 PM, with guests arriving at Galerie Primeau, a new art gallery in Old Montreal located at 383 Notre-Dame Street West. The red carpet was a spectacle in itself, setting the tone for the luxurious evening ahead. Attendees, adorned in their chic attire, mingled and admired the stunning gallery space, which provided a perfect backdrop for the event’s festivities.
At 6 PM, the evening officially began with an inspiring speech by Gabrielle Mailhot-Côté, the visionary founder of Creations GAMA. Next, a stirring vocal rendition of La Vie en rose, and a violin recital throughout the event, by multi-talented Genevieve PM Roy added a perfect finishing touch to the artistic showcase.
At 6:30 PM, the Red Carpet Ready collection took center stage. The models, draped in exquisite leather and fur creations, showcased the intricate designs and refined craftsmanship that Creations GAMA is renowned for. Each piece told a story of heritage and modernity. The collection, characterized by its luxurious textures and avant-garde silhouettes, wowed all in attendance.
