The soaring ceilings, church architecture, hidden corners, and atmospheric lighting make it one of the city’s most visually captivating spaces for live performance. From June 10–13, 2026, that environment becomes the stage for the second edition of CONFESSIONS, an immersive circus experience presented in collaboration with CircusX during International Pride Month.
But this isn’t a traditional circus show. There’s no fixed seating. No single stage. No clear beginning or end to the action.
Instead, audiences move throughout the building as performances unfold across multiple spaces inside Le Monastère — from the garden to the hall, through the church itself and into the annex — discovering new scenes, artists, and moments along the way.

A Circus Experience Built Around Movement

Gisèle Lullaby Will Act as the Evening’s “God”
Adding another layer of theatrical energy to the production is Gisèle Lullaby, who will serve as MC while embodying the role of “God” throughout the evening.
The Canada’s Drag Race Season 3 winner has spent more than fifteen years building a reputation as one of Quebec’s most charismatic live performers. Known for balancing humor, stage presence, and sharp storytelling, Gisèle feels perfectly suited to guide audiences through a production built around movement, spectacle, and emotional contrast.
Inside the immersive environment of CONFESSIONS, her role feels closer to a narrator or ringmaster guiding audiences deeper into the experience.
