August Beauty Buzz with Fenty Beauty by Rihanna
It is time for the August Beauty Buzz and I have such pretty things to show you. We have a new set from Fenty Beauty by Rihanna, amazing new products that are exclusive to Pharmaprix, such as Winky Lux and Kylie Cosmetics.

Fenty Beauty has collaborated with Jazzelle, better known on Instagram as @uglyworldwide, to create 2 distinct makeup sets to cool or heat up your summer nights.

A Blushing Rose
These last 2 years have seen an incredible renaissance for blush, with the release of multiple blush products and many textures as well. Each year sees the arrival of newer brands to the Canadian market; and I recently found the following product, exclusively at Pharmaprix, and I fell in love with the Winky Lux Cheeky Rose.
The Winky Lux Cheeky Rose is a beautiful cream blush that comes in a clear bubble compact, the cream blush is in the form of a rose; making this blush one of the prettiest and most unique ones on the market today.
The Winky Lux Cheeky Rose comes in a lovely assortment of truly wear-able shades for the face and blends well on the skin. The greatest challenge you will face is deciding to use it; I know for myself, I want a pristine one to keep for my personal collection.
Barbie Core Mania
Barbie is the movie of the summer, though I have yet to see it, the impact of Barbie’s popularity is undeniable. NYX Professional Makeup collaborated with Mattel on the Barbie Collection, which is adorable.
The Barbie Collection by NYX Professional Makeup features many products; however, my standouts are the eyeshadow palettes.
In particular, the Turn Up The KEN_ERGY Barbie Mini Palette looks like a blue boom box from the 80s and comes with a mini Butter Gloss on a chain.
The Barbie Mini Palettes features 6 vibrant colors for the eyes and the quality of the pigmentation is good, vibrant and easy to use; this collection is a winner, get it before it’s gone.
In Bloom I Am
Cacharel has just released its latest fragrance, the Yes I Am Bloom Up!. This lovely fragrance is floral and fruity, and highly feminine, at the same time. I might also add that it is also highly in demand, as I see that it is selling out quickly, clearly a hot fragrance item.
The Yes I Am Bloom Up! is an exquisitely designed scent with top notes of Red Berries and Green Mandarin, middle notes of Peony and Orange Blossom, with base notes of Benzoin and Sandalwood. This intoxicating combination is delightfully fruity and berry and elegant, all at once.

Bat Those Lashes Baby
Lash batting has been a seductive technique for centuries, one that brings instant attention to the eyes and helps to signal interest in someone else, with a simple glance.
One of the best tools to maximize the lash is a false lash, and KISS has launched the incredible Impress Press-On Falsies that require no glue.

The Kylash Volume Mascara by Kylie Cosmetics is an impressive formula that builds volume and gives separation all at once. The brush is easy to use and helps to separate and volumize the lashes, without them clumping together.
This was my first ever product from Kylie Cosmetics and I am pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it. Clearly Miss Jenner knows a thing or 2 about beauty and lucky for us, she is sharing her secrets.
End of Summer Fun
This last patch of summer is going to be your perfect time for getaways, for last-minute sun-frolicking and much needed rests in nature.
Remember to continue to wear your sunscreen, as that sun is still very potent and can burn.
