For Father’s Day, we asked our Montreal mixologist tastemakers a simple question: if you only had space for five bottles, which ones make the cut?
The consensus was clear: quality over quantity. Build a mini bar that can handle every occasion, from impromptu cocktails with friends to after-dinner pours and summer aperitifs.
Here are the five bottles they choose.
1. Rancho Mi Herencia Gold Tequila

A Summer spirit, that wont leave you sluggish!
New to the scene and already making waves, Chambre Noire may be one of the most versatile bottles you can own. From summer spritzes to dessert cocktails, this father-and-son business has completely reimagined the espresso martini by putting real coffee at the forefront. 5. Lindberg Rum
A Montreal Summer without Rum cocktails is just weird!
What better Father’s Day bottle than one created by an actual father-and-son duo? Like Chambre Noire, this local father and son, decided to create new reasons to cheer. Created by Victor and Robert Charlebois, Lindberg Rum brings a local story to your bar cart while delivering exceptional quality in the glass. A bottle with character always tastes a little better.
