During our visit, they even mentioned having to spend the first few nights after Lulu’s opened making pasta overnight because they only had one machine to keep up with demand. During our visit, we had the pleasure of tasting pasta with the signature pistachio pesto sauce and pasta with Mediterranean sauce. While both were absolutely excellent (fresh, full of flavor and perfectly cooked), I personally fell in love with the latter. If you like olives, parmesan and creamy textures, I highly recommend it.
