Daffodil Ball 2022 | Spring Gala Returns to Windsor Station
Spring of 2022 marks the return of the biggest cancer fundraising soirée in Canada. Under the theme of Florescence, the Canadian Cancer Society’s 29th Annual Daffodil Ball will bloom on Thursday, May 5 at Montreal Windsor Station. After a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, this glamorous gala is finally back. The fundraising campaign, which started March 24, aims to bring hope and help to those living with cancer.
Named after the yellow flower emblematic of the Canadian Cancer Society, the Daffodil Ball has, over the years, become an annual must-attend event for Montreal’s movers and shakers. In a bright and spectacular décor inspired by a theme that changes every year, over 500 guests enjoy food, drink, dancing and entertainers from as far away as Europe.
With the 29th edition chaired by Andrea Seale, CEO of the Canadian Cancer Society, the Daffodil Ball rallies business leaders and raised more than $40 million since its inception in 1994. These donations make a huge impact on the lives of people affected by cancer. This year, the money raised will be invested in innovative research projects here in Quebec.
There are different ways to support the Daffodil Ball campaign: You can donate online on www.daffodilball.ca, make a major gift by phone or email, or, better yet, attend the Ball by buying one of the special table packages. So, either way, we encourage you to show some love to this great cause!
