An exhibition dedicated to Jean-Paul Jérôme, a native of Villeray and a key figure in the Plasticians movement launched in 1955. The exhibit features around sixty major works showcasing the artist’s commitment to geometric abstraction and the principles of the Plasticians movement. This exhibition also commemorates the 20th anniversary of Jérôme’s passing (August 14, 2004) and the 70th anniversary of the Plasticians’ manifesto (February 10, 1955), co-signed by Jérôme, Belzile, Toupin, and Jauran (Rodolphe de Repentigny).

Dedicated to emerging and self-taught artists, the gallery also collaborates with curators and dissemination spaces outside of Montreal and New York. Their activities include artist catalog production, book publishing, and organizing an artist residency in 2023. A discovery worth making this Saturday!

The Radio In Situ Magazine is one of the few shows entirely dedicated to visual arts of all trends, as well as related disciplines and the visual arts community. On-air since 2010, it is currently broadcast on Saturdays from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on Radio Centre-Ville 102.3 at the start of the weekend. The magazine brings together a team of contributors aiming to engage the artistic community and spark public curiosity.
