The new head chef, Giuseppe Ricardo Sacchetti has combined those changes incorporating it with its classic menu favorites of hearty meatballs, delectable calamari, and its myriad of artisanal fresh homemade pastas that have become synonymous with the W&G name. Wienstein and Gavino’s is bursting with energy seven days a week and open from Sunday to Wednesday 11am to 11pm, Thursday to Saturday 11am-12am with small meals and snacks available until 11am. Moreover, the bar is open from Monday to Sunday 11am-3am.
