145k. An impressive feat raised for the Sainte-Justine CHU foundation in 2015! This year happens to be The Sainte-Justine ball’s 15th anniversary and 150k is the magic fundraising number. A realistic one as its popularity is on the rise.
Call me ignorant but I really get a sense that hospitals have taken a turn for the better since my childhood visits to the Montreal Children’s Hospital. Their fundraising strategies have evolved and so has their mission. Most have a common goal: to improve the health of children, teenagers and mothers of Quebec. But the objectives extends into other spheres including the expertise in delivering high quality specialized care, conducting world-class research, and high-level education. What’s also worth noting is its pursuit for medical excellence has positioned CHU Sainte-Justine as the top 10 mother-child hospital centres in the world.
So where should you be on March 18th? Supporting the Organizing Committee and its spokesperson, Francisco Randez for traditional Sainte-Justine fundraiser at the Windsor Ballrooms! Come dance the night away to music spun by the guest DJ, tour the food tasting booths and enjoy cocktails with over 1,500 young business people, media representatives and artists.
Immersed in the magical fairground theme, you will not only have a blast, you will be helping CHU Sainte-Justine heal children in need. Make your donation count by taking part in the Challenge for Sainte-Justine. Raise funds for a great cause and get a chance to win one of the fabulous prizes!
Want to kick off the festivities a little earlier? Start the evening with a Cocktail Party before the Ball.
