Joséphine is one year old! Well established in the heart of the Plateau Mont-Royal, the restaurant celebrates its anniversary — on Wednesday, September 11 at 8PM — by offering Montreal foodies fond of seafood and fish extended opening hours until late evening from now on.

From the sea to the table, for all!

The restaurant, which has quickly integrated itself into the neighborhood life of Saint-Denis Street, has become a must-go-to destination where the accustomed and the curious mingle with the cultural clientele that flows from theaters, galleries and theaters nearby.

It is in order to respond to late-night traffic that Chef Simon Leblanc and his partner, Jason-Neil Tremblay, have decided to modify their opening hours to welcome culture and gastronomy enthusiasts.

The offer and the opportunities to visit Joséphine multiply, but the traditions remain. Among the achievements of the restaurant, the impressive towers of seafood, which are the signature of the house, continue to cause a sensation and showcase well the know-how and imagination of the chef-owner.

Remember also that BBQ grills Friday night have created a craze this summer.

Joséphine is proof that the heart of the famous Montreal artery continues to beat to the delight of the city’s foodies and Plateau residents!

Happy Birthday, Joséphine!

On September 11, Joséphine will celebrate one year of successful activities. In the presence of friends and regulars of the restaurant, the celebrations promise to last until late into the night and announce themselves as the starting point for many beautiful encounters to come.
