‘Quoi de N’Oeuf’ by Day, ‘Quoi de B’Oeuf’ by Night
Proud of the success of its brunches and lunches served every day for more than 18 years, the Resto-Café Quoi de N’Oeuf now opens its doors on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and becomes Quoi de B’Oeuf!
With a varied menu developed by Chef Fred St-Laurent, Quoi de B’Oeuf reinvents your classics and offers comforting and tasty food in a warm and unpretentious atmosphere. You will find, among other things, a delicious seafood chowder, JF’s french onion soup, chorizo pogos, Portuguese Piri Piri chicken breast pans, salmon with maple couli and AAA flank steak that will make your knees bend!
Quoi de B’Oeuf also revives the very popular “Philibert à la Bert“, an Italian sausage hamburger that Albert Orsini popularized in the 1980s in Ville-Émard.
From customers to owners
When Mike Poirier and his wife Chantal Fauteux learned that their favorite restaurant was for sale, they did not hesitate a second and immediately seized the opportunity that was open to them. The place was good, the food was already excellent and they thought it was a great way to introduce Mike’s son to entrepreneurship. Chantal Fauteux, Mike and Mathieu Poirier, therefore became owners of this charming neighborhood restaurant in May 2017. That’s how they went from regular customers to busy owners!
Located in the South-West of Montreal, Resto-Café Quoi de N’Oeuf is the first breakfast restaurant to open on Notre-Dame Stree more than 18 years ago. The formula was already working very well. The restaurant is very popular for its tasty dishes, including its signature lunch, Q9 pans and its always friendly and attentive staff.
Since the place is located in a lively and buzzing neighborhood, the idea of opening in the evening soon sprouted in the minds of the owners and that’s how Quoi de B’Oeuf saw the day. With its comforting menu and wine list with some classics as well as several private imports, it will appeal to all budgets, whether for a meal with family, friends or for any private event.
