Lobster Clam Jam | Summer’s culinary flavours


Can’t wait till Friday? Wait till you see what Billy Alfonso and Fabio Broccoli have in store for the 4th Edition of Lobster Clam Jam this Sunday, May 22 at a new location — Esplanade du Centenaire du Canal Lachine (corner Saint Patrick and Pitt) from 12 to 9 p.m.
This premiere outdoor culinary festival in Montreal showcases a diverse range of highly-acclaimed local chefs, restaurants and vendors. With a mission to introduce the city’s finest culinary creators to the public, Lobster Clam Jam offers an upscale experience in a uniquely affordable environment. Treat your taste buds to a wide selection of meat, fowl, game and fish dishes – not to mention an endless array of lobster.
Due to its overwhelming success in 2015, this year’s edition will feature 2 fully-staffed Lobster stations to better accommodate the demand. In addition, more than 10 restaurants will be serving their own Lobster inspired creations.

Favourites include Inferno, Bocata, Joverse, Seasoned Dreams, Dirty Dogs, Baton Rouge, Rasoi, Le Tequila Bar, Kyo. Mechant boeuf, Decca 77, Shuck Me, and D&G Catering. Joined by newcomers Europea, XO, St James Restaurant, Soubois, Angry Lobster Bar, Le Gourmet Acadien, Brasserie Suite 701, La Betise un Autre, M:BRGR, Tapas Sorocco, Le Pois Penche, Kitchen 73, O’boeuf, Le Jardin de Panos, Robbie’s Smokehouse & Burger Bar, Cafe Milano, 33 Catering and more…

Guests will have the opportunity to sample a diverse and eclectic selection of cuisines including desserts by Heavenly Taste Biscotti, Ben & Jerry’s as well as Mr. Felix & Monsieur Norton while refreshing themselves at the Quality Fruits stand, or Granville Island Beer Bar, Wine/Sangria Bar and 4 flavour Mojito Bar by Nectar & Mixologie. Music by DJ Eddie Lewis.
After the success of last year’s event, this year’s festivities are sure to attract another record turnout. As always, a portion of the proceeds from the event will be donated to The Starlight Children’s Foundation of Canada.
