Méral is 8 years old. She has just moved to a new city and has no friends. Fortunately, she befriends a little mouse who lives in her room and fondly names him Peepeep. They make lots of friends during class. Later, Peepeep is kidnapped and they go looking for him. It’s then Méral understands the true meaning of friendship.
The 21st Montreal International Children’s Film Festival (FIFEM) will be featuring this film, Aventures en Pleine Nature (MovieTrailer) at $10 a ticket, that will go towards the funding for FIFEM, the best of children’s film from around the world presented in Montreal from March 3rd – 11th 2018.

This festival offers over 100 of the best movies for children from all around the world. Fiction, documentary, animation, feature and short film—surely to please all! The event doesn’t only film, it is also film education workshops and meetings with guests. This is a creative way to bring inspiring international and educational content to our children.
FIFEM is an independent and competitive Festival whose goal is to promote quality films from around the world to its young audience. If you are a filmmaker and would like to enter this Festival for 2018, the Deadline for entries is December 15th, 2017.
