Hailing from Stockholm, Sweden. Léon is the latest addition to a pack of artists out of the bright musical nation. Joining the ranks of some of my favourite musicians around. Sweden seems to be the breeding ground for the unique voice, original style, and deeply creative souls.

You don’t want to miss her this coming February 6th.

Léon fits right into this group seamlessly. With songs like Treasure and Tired of Talking – taken from the singers’ debut EP, Léon boasts an understanding of note progression and forward thinking pop music rooted in soul. Bridging the gaps between the genres.

Sweden’s next big thing is ready to show her cards…

Think Lykke Li meets Robyn meets Adele.

A daughter in a family of musicians, Léon got her musical career off the ground fronting a hip-hop/soul group in her early teen years. Fast forward a bit and here we are, partnered with producer Agrin Rahmani, Léon is on the verge of a major solo break through, with the anticipation growing bigger and bigger with every play of the singer’s EP Treasure.

Léon’s debut album is on the books for a summer 2017 release. Setting the stage for the year, Léon has her first headlining US/CAN tour about to begin.

British R&B singer-songwriter Jacob Banks will be on hand to open up the night with his brand of soulful melodies and gripping lyrics.

Coming out of Birmingham. Banks is the first unsigned act to ever appear on BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge.

Get familiar with Léon, and come out to her show at Bar Le Ritz February 6th – thanks to evenko and Greenland Productions.
