Well, LE CENTRAL — a new gourmet food hall at the corner of Sainte-Catherine Street and Saint-Laurent Boulevard — offers 25 signature restaurants under the same roof.

Inspired by the new wave of food halls internationally, LE CENTRAL − Manger – Montréal − is a showcase for Montréal’s rich, diversified and affordable offer for gourmands of all tastes: Portuguese canteen, authentic Neapolitan and Roman pizzas, gourmet hamburgers, healthy bowls, vegetarian and vegan dishes, laotian and hawaiian snack-bars, fried chicken, southern and western Indian cuisine, and miso ramen in the purest Japanese tradition.

Wait! There is more: the famous Breton Galette Saucisse, revisited Moroccan cuisine, Gaspesian gastronomy, the best seafood, fine cheeses and artisanal deli meats, a selection of wines and cocktails, local microbrewery beers, elegant coffee shop, pastries, fresh doughnuts and churros, crêpes dentelles, and homemade ice cream with stunning flavors.
