Another week here at BandMark and we are working hard to make big things happen. We spent the day on Thursday with Bring Me The Horizon’s Frontman Oli Sykes for his clothing line photo-shoot, and band’s performance at Metropolis. We also kicked it with MuchMusic VJ 2.0 contestant Marc Andrew Smith. You will have to wait until next week though to see all of that. We also welcomed our friends at SkullCandy, Wemoto and PKG to the BandMark family. They will be supplying us with tons of hot product to dish out to all you guys in the contest section, starting with this week’s PKG giveaway!!
We have a lot of big things planned for October from band interviews to Part 1 of Tattoo Sessions @ Saving Grace so stay tuned and keep coming back. And remember you all are important to us, so we wanna hear from you. Make sure to tell us what you think. Ok everyone go play in traffic, have a great weekend!

Video Of The Week
In an era when critics and rappers themselves jump to declare the death of hip hop, 23 year-old Wale Folarin has been breathing new life into the genre through dazzling wordplay, a fresh sound steeped in DC’s
legendary go-go scene, and boundless on-stage energy. 2006 saw Wale conquer DC, Maryland and Virginia with a slew of original radio hits and electrifying shows that solidified his buzz in the Mid-Atlantic.
Most recently being the Musical guest for the night at the 2009 MTV music awards, Wale is about to drop his debut album called “Attention Deficit”
Name: Denis Raby
Last week I hit up Sub V in N.D.G. for the “Expo Des EXPOS”. Designed by Denis Raby of Color Yeah, the exhibit was a showing of memorable Montreal Expos players from the 60s, 70s, 80s & 90s. A year in the making, this project is quite impressive. Hand painted on wood cutouts of the original players baseball cards. If you have time hit up the exhibit I suggest you do so, you have until the end of this month. If you can’t make it out you can see some pix from opening night on the BandMark Flickr
