Expose Noir, a mix of dark magic and techno will have you wanting more!

A mysterious mixture of dark beauty, booming bass, and beautiful people will take over Montreal this Saturday. Fonderie Darling’s boasts authentic warehouse vibes, with raw interior, spacious dance floor, and super ceilings will have Expose Noir goers in a techno-filled trance. The perfect venue for this art driven event.

The Darling Foundry will be stacked with a lineup of International artists from Berlin, Brooklyn, & Beruit. Perfect to play alongside some of Montreal’s greatest talents!

First off, Ellen Allien, a techno lover from the start, it is her musical core, the running theme through her varied sets. Founder of Bpitch, she comfortably blends and weaves a hypnotic pattern of her style of techno, acid house, minimal jams, abstract electro and freaky house slammers. Volvox, a prodigy, is a dominant force on the Brooklyn underground scene. Ariana is known for tough, stripped-back techno and groovy, acid-flavored sets. Here is Ellen Alien’s boiler room set, getting you in the mood.

To add to this dark and underground techno theme, we have Atroxx! A Montreal favourite who is known for delivering his sets and riling up the crowd wherever he plays. In the words of Atroxx “I make bass music. “Existing in thought or as an idea but not having a physical or concrete existence” below is a set by none other. With Montreal’s genuine crowd the local love for Atroxx will definitely be a highlight.

Born 1962 in East Berlin, Sven Marquardt was a defining part of the emerging Punk, New Wave and arts scene in the mid-1980s. His photography seems classic, the underlying contents of his images merge past, present, and future. There are echoes of transformation and reformation in his work, as in one of mankind’s oldest symbols of the snake shedding its skin.
