To BandMark #5 represents forward thinking. Fashion Preview’s latest edition includes a pop-up show, showcasing the work of new fashion design graduates and feature fashion innovation organizations. Fashion buyers, medias and attendees will be able to discover the emerging talents of Montreal’s fashion scene.

Who to look out for? Helmer, known for his out of-the-ordinary patchwork and sense of detail; Travis Tadeo, for his simplicity with an edge, and Jennifer Glasgow, who has a gift for combining classic cuts with an artistic edge.

Fashion Preview takes place on the 5-6-7 of April in a new location, l’Agora Hydro-Québec and the Chaufferie, located at the Cœur des Sciences de l’UQAM. Prepare to be mesmerized by a unique ambiance, the theme being Nordicité (northerness).

Following each fashion day, a trunk show will be organized at the hotel of vendors and the international press to give the opportunity to local designers at Fashion Preview a chance to establish exclusive trade and promotional ties with local and international guests. Buyers including Bon Marché Rive Gauche, of Groupe Joyce and the parisian showroom Noseason, as well as editors in chief of magazines Luxure et Modem Online.

Accessories Village

For the entire duration of the event, creators Annick Lévesque, David Charrette, Ella Dugré, Eve & Daphnée, Catherine Gaillard, Harricana, Holder, Kinsu, Lavoie, L’Effet Papillon Créations, Les Lares, Maison Bourdon, Maison Godefroy, Mohawks Bijoux, PKY Design, Quality Native Crafts will have on display their accessories collections.

Espaces Capsule

L’École supérieure de mode de l’ESG-UQAM, l’École de mode du Cégep Marie-Victorin, le centre de transfert en technologie VestechPro, as well as Fibres Collectives will display over the course of the 3 days the relaunch and innovation of Montreal fashion.
